Dale founded the firm with Steve in 1980, managing production and quality control in addition to project management. His leadership in ethical business entrepreneurship provided a foundation to the firm’s development. He comes from a background of entrepreneurship with other family businesses in the Chattanooga area. With this background, coupled with his interest in construction and architectural development, Mr. Rardin’s primary focus was the company’s continued development into all aspects of architectural components.
